It was a great final month of this year to be able to bring so many people to celebrate my life and career and just be aware of how lucky we are to be alive. This event came to me in the camper VW in New Zealand back in October and I had the event so clearly in my head and started zipping off emails then.

The result was exactly as I pictured what a beautiful night! There are some outstanding galleries if you didn’t make it to see. The MetroHNL caught a lot also Frolic Hawaii captured great moments and omg omg Honolulu Magazine ! I’m working on a recap video which will hopefully capture the magic that was the 2016 winter solstice. I have a lot of people to thank as that event would have never happened by just myself alone.

Friday I had a PET scan to see what’s happening inside my body in the liver and lungs and breast. We interviewed two of my Naturopathic doctors for the film and have one more to talk to and after that we’re pretty much ready to go to post. I picked up some great producers to help me get this thing finished and out there to share with the world and help as many people as I can. The February Wanderlust talk is on deck and I’m trying to approach it with no fear (but I’m really scared). I don’t want to blow this opportunity.

But for now, the roads of Oahu have been blessed again with the art of Aaron De La Cruz, who painted my car breast cancer pink so when I’m driving I can spread hope far and wide. If you see the car and post a photo make sure to tag #CWBMW so I can find you!
